The Basic 4 Skin Care Regimen

Here are some tips to have a beautiful and flawless skin:


Step 1: Cleanse your skin.


First step is to clean your skin with your facial cleanser. Never go to bed with your make up on. NEVER! And never over cleanse your skin. Morning and evening are the best time to clean your skin. Here is some facial cleanser I got in some website.

Step 2: Exfoliate


You should exfoliate your skin to remove your dead skin cells that tend to dull your complexion. You can use some scrubs, microdermabrasion and chemical peel products.

Step 3: Toner


Some people don’t use toner like me. But now, I’m starting to use toner to tighten my pores and gives moisture to your skin.

Step 4: Moisturize


All skin type should moisturize their skin except to those with acne. Be careful to over moisturize because it clogs pores. You should have different moisturizer, one is for daylight. It should be UVB/UV to protect your skin from sunscreen. And the other one is for night time. You can also use eye cream to protect your eyes from wrinkles.

Step 5: Apply Sunscreen


The number 1 cause of wrinkles is sun damage. It also helps your skin from skin darkening and sun protection. You should never go out of your house without sunscreen. You can use your make up with SPF for sunscreen protection.
